People have been asking me to teach yoga again, and I finally said… why not? I'm staying in my lane. The one where breath, movement, and a little stillness meet.

With November 11th being Veterans Day, our focus will be Peace Within: Honoring Service, Finding Stillness.

A gentle, grounding practice centered on gratitude, releasing what we carry, and finding a little peace within ourselves.
