About Mirthy

Mirthy began in a tiny 150-square-foot seasonal chalet in Muskegon. I had just left a government job that was draining me, and I made a choice to follow joy instead.

I didn’t have a master plan. I just knew I wanted to build something around the things that lit me up. Crystals. Natural fibers. Plants. Statement pieces. Beauty that feels good to live with.

Since then, Mirthy has taken several forms. It has shifted, grown, and evolved. But don’t we all? Growth rarely looks like a straight line. It looks like courage, listening, and alignment.

At its heart, Mirthy is about happiness as a birthright. It is about the small, meaningful things that spark joy in your closet and in your home. It is about supporting local artists we love and nurturing the community around us.
